This Week
This week was pretty slow. Did a little bit of prep work with AJ and helped with some of the wine inventory for Ruth's Chris. Last night was fun though, had some people over and we grilled up some eggplant, zucchini, squash and asparagus. We cut them up and made a balsamic vinaigrette salad with honey goat cheese crumbled on top. It was great. Also through some big ol' juicy T-Bone steaks on there for the protein fill. Hope everyone has a good week!

Finishing up my hours
Hello to all my fans out there! Haha this semester is coming to a close and my hours in the kitchen are dwindling by the day. I have learned so much that I did not previously obtain from my job at Pig N' Whistle BBQ. I worked the prep station there for about a year and a half and loved it. My experience in the kitchen at Ruth's Chris this summer has blown my last experience in the kitchen out of the water. I have learned new techniques and time saving steps from the head chef AJ Grat. He's a great guy and will cherish my last couple of classes in the kitchen. Have a great Sunday everyone!

Valeting some cars!
Hey boys and girls,
Just a little update for you all on my schedule for this week(end). I think tonight I will be out of the kitchen and out in front of the restaurant valeting some cars. Thursdays are very busy for Ruth's Chris because Happy Hour is from 5-close, which the locals take full advantage of. Hopefully I'll make a little bit of money tonight!
Have a good one!

This weeks cooking agenda
Hey guys and gals!
This week should be pretty fun in the kitchen. I am helping head chef AJ Grat with a new appetizer that should include some trial and error. Haven't come up with the name of it yet but it is going to involve ahi-tuna stacks.
Hope everyone has a great week,
Nathan

Job location
Hi gang,
I have decided to get my work experience hours in the kitchen at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Rogers. It's awesome! Love the staff, especially head chef A.J. Grat. He is really relaxed and extremely helpful in guiding me throughout the various stages of kitchen work. I am currently working at the Prep Station before moving to the grill.
Have a great day!

How do you post on someone's blog?
Hey guys and gals,
I was wondering how you write on someone's blog?? I can't figure out how to do this so if someone could let me know it would be awesome.
Thanks,
Nathan
